The webinar is being presented by the National Business Institute and the intended audience is attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, paralegals and other legal professionals.

Attorney Keenan’s fellow presenter will be Attorney Kyla G. Kelim, of Fairhope, Alabama.

The webinar will explain the confusing rules regarding the Medicaid program and walk through the best strategies for your older clients to spend down their assets in order to achieve Medicaid eligibility.
